Nottle is a personal reflection and mood-tracking application that helps users build self-awareness through short daily check-ins. The app generates AI-powered observations based on user-provided inputs. It is designed for personal, non-commercial use.
Nottle is not a medical product, therapy service, mental health tool, or clinical diagnostic system. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nottle. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
An account is not required to use the core features of Nottle. If you choose to create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Nottle offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. The Premium subscription unlocks richer AI insights, cross-day pattern recognition, and advanced analytics features. Free features remain available to all users without restriction.
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms of the relevant platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies.
You can restore a previous Premium purchase using the "Restore Purchase" option in the app. This requires signing in with the same account used for the original purchase.

The AI insights generated by Nottle are observational in nature. They are designed to help you notice patterns in your day — they are not advice, diagnosis, recommendations, or instructions.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflective of your actual situation. You should not rely on AI insights as a substitute for professional advice, including medical, psychological, or mental health advice.

Nottle and all content within the app — including design, text, graphics, illustrations, and software — are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your reflection content (notes, photos) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over content you create within the app.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Nottle, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Nottle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including damages from reliance on AI-generated insights.
